Where is your company located?
We are based in Xianglong Industry Building West Zone Floor 5th, Renmin West Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China.

How are different from an ordinary wholesaler or a third-party e-commerce platform?
We are a manufacturer of self-build B2B platforms and we focus on the baby and toddler clothing production line. 

How is the quality of your clothing?
All clothes listed in the store are Level A with the highest level of skin, respiratory, and eye protection.

What minimum order quantity do you support?
We support minimum order of 1 piece per style and 3 pieces per order. That means you can minimum order any 3 same or different items in the store. Considering the average cost of shipping, the more you buy, the more you will save shipping costs on each item. 

Are all items in stock?
Yes, 99% of items are in stock. If any items are out of stock temporarily we would contact you before shipping.

How long will it be taken to prepare orders?
Usually, small quantity orders take 1-3 days, large quantity orders may take a longer time.

What shipping methods do you support?

Will there be a logistics tracking number for my order?
Yes, all shipments have a unique tracking number and you will be able to track your shipments anytime anywhere through your account and the official website of the logistics company.

How long does my order take to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method. Express delivery such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex will roughly take 3-7 days. YunExpress and 4PX Special Line usually take 4-12 days.

What payment methods do you support?
We support PayPal, Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express Card, Discover Card, WesternUnion, and Bank Transfer (T/T).

How many SKU numbers do you have?
Currently, we have thousands of SKUs in stock. We constantly develop new products and launch new products weekly (sometimes monthly).

Do you provide free samples?
We don't provide free samples. You pay when you ordering samples.

Do you provide free shipping?
Due to we are not retailers, the shipping cost is different for each shipment, so we don't provide free shipping.
